FIXED SUPPLY / SEVEN-DAY HATCH / OFFICIAL MARKET
Genesis 251 behaves more like a fixed card population than an endlessly minted feed. A verifiable rip assigns one eligible Original. You get seven days to hatch it. Return it for the purchase-price refund, or let title settle and enter the official market.
THE FIRST HATCH LIFECYCLE
Only rights-cleared, available Originals enter the disclosed eligible pool.
The selection must verify against the committed pool and published method.
Use it privately. The title is transfer-locked while the First Hatch Promise is open.
Return title and the transferable Capsule for the refund, or keep it through day seven.
After day seven, hold it unlisted, post an ask, or accept an eligible bid.
THE FIRST HATCH PROMISE
Return the purchased organism during the protected window and RapterBox takes current title and the transferable Capsule back into inventory, then refunds the purchase price through the original payment path.
Your private life is not part of the return. Credentials, private memory, customer records, private prompts, and independently minted offspring do not come back with the parent.
External taxes, processor fees, currency conversion, and network charges are refunded to the extent recoverable or legally required. Fraud, duplicate refunds, sanctions, chargeback abuse, and prohibited transactions remain refusable.
ONE FIXED SET / MANY TRANSFERS
The 251 First Edition Originals move between holders and RapterBox inventory. Resale does not mint another Original.
Descendants carry their own RAPPIDs, histories, rights, and supply. They are never represented as duplicate Originals.
The market moves title, declared transferable artifacts, public lineage, and stated rights—not credentials or private memory.
RAPTERBOX AS MARKET MAKER
RapterBox may publish standing bids or direct buyout offers. Every company bid names the covered organisms, price, quantity or budget, expiry, condition, and settlement terms. While funded and active, that bid is an observable floor only for the inventory it actually covers.
RapterBox is issuer, official market operator, and possible bidder. Every company bid says so.
Accepted offers transfer exact current title and declared artifacts to RapterBox inventory.
No equity, dividend, guaranteed appreciation, guaranteed liquidity, or permanent buyout floor.
PRELAUNCH BOUNDARY
All Originals remain issuer-held, untransferred, and undiscovered. Commercial launch still requires rights clearance, an auditable selection mechanism, payments review, and age or location controls where required.
